Cancellations and refunds policy

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their book order immediately after placing it, and before the order has been packaged for shipping. Once packaging has begun, cancellation will no longer be possible.
In the event of a successful cancellation, the refund will be processed and transferred within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method.

Return Policy

•    If the parcel packaging appears damaged, customers are kindly requested not to open the package.
•    Please notify us immediately by sending an email to support@ovibookstore.com, including your Order Number and a clear image of the parcel.
•    Books that are used are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

• Books that are damaged but unused may be exchanged.
• Exchanges will be processed only after verification by Ovi Bookstore.
• Customers are requested to provide supporting evidence, such as photos and order details, when submitting an exchange request.

Eligibility for Return and Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

• The book is received in a damaged condition.
• Incorrect items have been delivered.
• All requests will be subject to verification by Ovi Bookstore and must be submitted promptly with supporting details such as the Order Number and relevant photo.
